A Mentors responsibilities are:

1) Answer Questions for his/her charge and be a friend (OOC mainly, IC you don't have to be friends at all)
2) Roleplay at least the initial channeling steps with the novice (Embracing, flows and at least one weave.)
3) Keep an eye on the Novice roleplay abilities to see if she is ready for raising and such. If she needs help either help or find someone who can.
